Return Policy – Rental Equipment
At Rental events, we strive to ensure every rental experience runs smoothly. Please review our return policy below:
- ✅ Return Time: All rented equipment must be returned on or before the agreed date and time. Late returns may incur additional charges.
- 🔧 Equipment Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Any damage, loss, or missing accessories will be subject to repair or replacement fees.
- 🧾 Inspection: All equipment will be inspected upon return. Security deposits (if any) will be refunded after the inspection is completed.
- 🚚 Pickup & Delivery: For convenience, we offer pickup and delivery services across Bali. Please schedule at least 24 hours in advance.
- 📞 Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
